This allows investors to buy a portion of a real estate asset instead of having to buy a whole property. We do this through "Sales" where money is gathered through our NFT marketplace and once we reach our hard cap, the property is purchased and then rented out. This rent then gets divided between the fractional NFT holders equal to their % share. The NFT real estate marketplace will tackle common issues within the real estate industry such as high fees and a a high entrance price. The implementation of blockchain technology also provides better visibility of what is being done with the funds as this info is registered on the blockchain and publicly available. We combine these functions with our ORT token to further reduce fees, enhance ROI through staking, and other use cases.
