OMNI - PSI

OMNI-PSI enables the buying and selling of tokenized fractional Real Estate through our NFT real estate marketplace. This allows investors to buy a portion of a real estate asset instead of having to buy a whole property. We do this through "Sales" where money is gathered through our NFT marketplace and once we reach our hard cap, the property is purchased and then rented out. This rent then gets divided between the fractional NFT holders equal to their % share.

The NFT real estate marketplace will tackle common issues within the real estate industry such as high fees and a a high entrance price. The implementation of blockchain technology also provides better visibility of what is being done with the funds as this info is registered on the blockchain and publicly available. We combine these functions with our ORT token to further reduce fees, enhance ROI through staking, and other use cases. The ORT token is also used pay out the rent gathered on the bought properties which is done by converting the FIAT rental income to ORT.
