Functionality

The NFT marketplace will contain the following functions:

• Create a sale auction: Only the OMNI team can execute this function during the beginning stage. This creates a property sale page with the property details, amount needed to raise (hard cap), and the end time.

• Search/Filter option: This gives the option to search properties based on various parameters such as amount of bedrooms, property type, and property ID.

• Select Cryptocurrency: We have the option to select the type of cryptocurrency investors would like to use for the sale. Currently we accept BTC, ETH, and BNB.

• Buy Sale: Anyone can purchase the properties on the marketplace as long as they have enough for the minimum investment and have staked the correct amount of ORT for the specific property.

• Buy FNFT: This function allows individuals to buy an F-NFT from other customers on the real estate NFT marketplace. The buyer can see the amount the seller asks for and if they agree with the cost they can confirm the purchase. The F-NFT is visible in the buyer's wallet immediately following the sale.

• Sell FNFT: To sell an F-NFT the seller can select the amount of cryptocurrency they would like for it and put it up for sale on the NFT marketplace. Once sold, the seller will receive the funds in their wallet.

• Stake: Investors can stake their tokens and obtain tiers based on the amount they stake. This allows them to obtain various benefits, access higher ROI properties, and receive additional ORT tokens.

• Participate in KYC & AML: When the wallet is initially connected to the there will be a pop-up where the client has to fulfill KYC and AML procedures with our third party providers in order to use the marketplace.
