Associate Program

Customers who sign up to the OMNI marketplace will be able to sign up for the OMNI associate program and become their own digital real estate agent. An OMNI associate will be tasked to find new potential customers for our properties and tokenized real estate NFT's. Whenever an OMNI associate brings in a new lead which then gets converted to a sale, the OMNI associate receives a share of the commission.

OMNI associates will also be able to gain access to different tiers within the associate program. These tiers have yet to be finalized but can be accessed by reaching set sale milestones. For example 1 sale might give you bronze tier, 5 sales for silver, 10 sales for gold etc... By reaching higher tiers they will receive enhanced commissions and rewards. This page will be updated when we have finalized the OMNI associates reward tiers.

Why use an associate system?

Within the real estate industry referral systems are a known and efficient way of attracting new customers. OMNI-PSI have performed extensive research and concluded that real estate referrals have previously been between agencies as well as using a "refer a friend/buyer" scheme for individuals. In many of these cases the referrer does not receive their full reward due to issues such as an expired time frame for the referral contract, the individual is no longer in contact with the referrer and so on. OMNI is building a referral system where client referrals are registered and stored on a smart contract with a unique id number which makes it unchangeable and resistant to corruption.

This opens up a whole new possibility for large investors and investment funds to open their books to us and we can work with their clients with complete transparency between all parties, benefiting all members within the referral chain.
