KYC & AML

For a properly regulated real estate marketplace, it is mandatory that all investors pass a full KYC and AML check. Our KYC check will be provided by Passbase and our AML check will be provided by Merkle Science.

Step-by-step guide KYC/AML procedure:

Below we explain the steps the investor has to go through before being able to access our marketplace:

*Note: The front-end visuals may alter over time due to changes that would optimize the NFT marketplace. The functionality and general processes will stay the same.

Upon entering the website the investor will have to sign in using their wallet to connect their wallet to our platform.

Here the investor can to select the wallet they prefer to use when connecting to our real estate marketplace.

Once the wallet has been connected, the first step of the KYC procedure will start. Here they will have to fill in their first name, last name and date of birth. Once this is done they can proceed by pressing "Next".

Here they have to provide a clear picture of their identity card. Once done it will continue to the next step.

Once the user has connected their wallet they will see the pop-up as shown above. Here they will have to upload a clear picture of themselves according to the PASSBASE KYC procedure.

Now the investor has completed the KYC procedure. For the AML registry, they will be redirected to the website of our 3rd party AML provider, Merkle science.
