Luxury Staking Program
The luxury staking program is designed to give holders the incentive to lock their tokens for an extended period in exchange for generous rewards. This allows us to make sure that tokens will be out of circulation for a specified period which results in a lower circulating supply and better price stability.
By staking tokens, holders can get access to various benefit tiers. These tiers will give exclusive benefits within the NFT marketplace. These range from more tokens rewards to exclusive nights at an OMNI villa. The rewards may alter over time but the moment a holder locks their token, they are allocated the rewards that are listed at the time they began staking.
An individual can stake tokens for specific time periods and be rewarded according to the amount they stake. It's possible to stake over the amount and they will receive the appropriate bonus on the full amount staked. For example, if somebody wants to stake 130k ORT tokens, they will receive the ROI of the diamond tier for all 130k tokens. It's not limited to the 100k tokens.
*Note that it is not possible to withdraw tokens before the lock period ends
In the above picture, you can see the initial rewards for our various staking tiers. Starting out with Bronze and ending with Diamond.
Minimum ORT staked: This shows the minimum amount that's necessary to lock for obtaining one of the staking tiers.
Earlier access to new NFT sales: As the marketplace grows, we will give certain staking tiers the ability to access NFT sales early.
Access to Tier 1 real estate objects: Tier 1 assets are exclusive properties that we have estimated to provide the highest ROI. In the initial phases of the marketplace, there is unlikely to be a large difference between properties but we will implement this as the platform grows.
Access to Tier 2 real estate objects: Tier 2 real estate assets are estimated to provide the second-best ROI.
Access to Tier 3 real estate objects: Tier 3 assets are simply all properties that aren't in Tier 1 or 2. All properties on our marketplace are designed to provide a good ROI, but Tiers 1 & 2 are extremely sought after.
Cashback in ORT: The cashback percentage is calculated over the commission that you pay when you buy a FNFT. It will be airdropped once per month.
NFT ROI bonus in ORT: The ROI bonus will be added on top of the rental income generated by any F-NFT that the individual owns. For example, somebody who is in the bronze tier gets an ROI bonus of 1.5%. This bonus then gets added to their ROI and will be airdropped once per month in ORT tokens.
3 Months staking period: By locking X amount of tokens according to the luxury staking program, an individual can get an additional bonus on their staked tokens. For example, if a user stakes 10,000 tokens (Bronze tier) and locks these for 3 months they will receive a APY of 2.4% on their tokens after 3 months (this is 0.6% after 3 months). This equates to a reward of 60 additional ORT tokens after locking them for 3 months.
6 Months staking period: Same as the first one but then the lock duration is 6 months and provides a better reward.
12 Months staking period: Same as the first one but then the lock duration is 12 months and provides a better reward.
24 Months staking period: Same as the first one but then the lock duration is 24 months and provides a better reward.
Promotional events: There will be limited promotional events to give holders the incentive to lock their tokens for a certain time. To promote the use of our staking program, our initial event will allow users who stake a certain volume of tokens for a given time-frame to stay for a free night in one of our villas with a pool (ENDED). The more that people stake, the better the rewards.
Liquidity pool staking: Liquidity pool staking involved adding liquidity in the form of ORT-BNB, this will improve the liquidity of the ORT token. This reward percentage will be airdropped as additional ORT following the staking period.
Access pre-sale PSIPAD: In the future, the PSIPAD (pre-sale plaform developed by Passive Income) will required a set amount of tokens to participate in the pre-sales. Access to the PSIPAD can also be achieved by staking ORT tokens according to the luxury staking program.
Access pre-sale PSIPAD earlier: In the future, the PSIPAD may have pre-sales that are locked for a set period. One of the ways users can gain early access to these pre-sales is by staking the ORT tokens as according to the luxury staking program.
