Real Estate NFT Marketplace
The OMNI real estate marketplace offers fractional real estate NFT's, buying properties with cryptocurrency and staking options for our ORT token. Any investor who is interested in participating in sales on our platform will have to go through strict Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering procedures before they can participate.
The functionality at the launch of the NFT marketplace:
KYC/AML: All investors who want to participate need to perform the appropriate KYC & AML procedures.
Buying real estate NFT's: Investors have the option to buy fractional real estate NFT's with which they can earn an expected ROI based on the gathered rent of the property.
Luxury staking program: Investors have the option to stake their ORT token using our luxury staking program for various benefits and additional tokens.
Buying and selling of properties: Investors have the ability to buy and sell their real estate for cryptocurrency. Before any property is listed or purchased they will need to go through the OMNI Real Estate Group for approval.
Future functionalities:
Associate Program: Our associate program will allow customers to earn commission for successful leads that go on to buy either properties or fractal real estate NFT's using our marketplace.
Buying ORT with FIAT: With our 3rd party on-ramp provider, our users will have the ability to buy our ORT token directly with FIAT from our website. This is only possible once the user has followed the appropriate KYC and AML procedures.
