Claiming Rental Income & Re-selling F-NFTs

Once an individual has bought an F-NFT it is visible on their wallet page. From here they can click "claim" once per month to gather their rent. If the individual does not claim, it will stack up the rent until they claim. The rent is paid out in ORT tokens.

Initially, the selling of the F-NFT can only be done through the OMNI real estate NFT marketplace. Like any other NFT marketplace, individual F-NFTs can be listed on our website for the wanted price and other clients can buy them from the marketplace by going to the F-NFT page and clicking the buy button. Our future aim is to expand the possibility of buying/selling the F-NFT on other platforms but is not something we are working on right now.
